We are in the process of selling our property and looking for another

Whilst our property is being sold via a lawyer is it possible to use a different lawyer to buy our new home whilst our existing home is going through

Yes of course you can, but why do you want to do that?? Are you not happy with the one you have, if so, why are you using him to sell?? Just curious.
