Grateful for advice on the valuation and selling of property in Cyprus. We’re hoping to put our 2-bed apartment (halfway between Larnaka and Limassol) up for sale in the near future and would really appreciate recommendations for reliable valuers/estate agents in the area – or alternative sales channels (it seems as though many property sales are made on an “informal” basis - to avoid estate agents?). Still waiting for title deeds after 13 years. Thanks to anyone who can give us any advice or tips on selling. Also grateful for information on which companies to avoid!
