I have owned a plot in Agia Marina Chrysochous for some years now but not built on it, It was originally given as 6% build but wonder if by any chance the rules have been relaxed at all leaving me an option to apply for 10%? Is the zone its in mentioned on the title deeds, cant seem to see ...
