I live on a coplex that intends to have a joint complex insurance for the 20 + properties and pool.The problem is the pool does not have a licence so asked if this could affect the insurance the reply was no as Peyia has never given out licences so it does not matter can this be right.

On asking the complex management about pool licence i was told Peyia do not issue licences and asking about them to the municipality will just cause problems and that we are putting fencing with a locked gate which will make it private pool for just the 28 properties on the complex. Also ...
